I joined the material team in early 2019 and I was tasked with creating a number of habitat barriers including their dilapidation effect. When I joined a number of barriers were already present in the game so my task was to take existing assets and create their completely damaged states. These included, brick, wood logs and gabion. The non damaged wall were created by Luke Darby. Some of my responsibilities included researching appropriate reference to support art direction and gameplay aspects of the game.
